Many Christians have abandoned their first love for Christ and gone astray. Liberalism, secularization, a lukewarm attitude, acceptance of sin, ignorance of God's word, egoism and idolatry has entered into today's Christian churches. As the the reign of the anti-christ is near a serious word of warning is needed for the lukewarm and sleeping Christian church.
The rapture of the church can happen very soon. Be ready to meet Jesus.
Repent of your sins. Time is short.

Words of warning in the late hour
I'm a Christian who had lost my first love for Jesus and gone astray far away from God. I lived a sinful homosexual life but was given a new spiritual awakening and was brought back to Jesus at the end of 2013. I still have homosexual thoughts and feelings but they don't come so often nowadays. I live in celibacy. I feel like the lost son who went back home and found a loving father. I have repented of my sins, I have stopped doing them and I have been forgiven. It matters to God how we live. Sin does matter to God. We are saved because of God's grace and God's will to forgive. We are saved because of the love of Jesus Christ our lord and savior. This is our eternal hope. Salvation is a free gift from God. However, the Bible says clearly that all people will not be saved and enter into heaven. All people will not enter into paradise. God's judgement day will come and we will give account for our lives. God will not change his word.
We will be judged by the words of Jesus Christ.
There is a reason why God still holds back his judgements. There is a reason why God waits to send his judgments upon the Earth. There is a good reason for why God's judgment lingers: God wants to give us a chance to return to him. God wants to give us one last chance to repent of our sins and turn back to him and ask for forgiveness.
This is why Jesus is so mild, but he also says that judgement will come.

The example of Jesus Christ
To follow Christ's example and being a Christian is about two things.
1: our faith in Jesus Christ and our friendship with God and our relationship to his commandments, to live in purity and holiness, to keep ourselves unspotted from worldly sin, sexual impuity, fornication, etc.
2: It is also about our relationship to each other, we are called to help each other and to bear one another's burdens, to love in truth and in deed, not just in words. As a Christian, you can not just simply live for your own selfishness.
It is only because of Jesus Christ and what he has done that we can be saved. But as disciples of Christ, we are called to follow his example, to be his friends and to live out his love towards others. We shall try to live like him as best we can, and strive for a holy life. All this with the knowledge of His mercy and forgiveness. But that God will one day judge the world, we can not ignore.

"If someone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day."
John 12:47-48

Is faith in Jesus Christ enough to be saved?
Does it matter how I live? Does my life, my acts affect my salvation? Is my belief in Jesus Christ enough for salvation? As the youth leader Andreas said: "You acts shows what you believe in." Later when I talked to him about this subject he said: "You need both faith and acts." I think that most Christians would agree on this. A faith without acts is a dead faith as the Bible says. Also, Jesus said: “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."
Sin matters to God. Yet, it is possible for Jesus Christ to save the most hopeless sinner. The power of Jesus blood is great! Jesus can transform the heart of a person deeply lost in sin. Since our transgressions have been forgiven we shall not close the door to others. We shall be merciful and try to reach out and preach the gospel of salvation. But the teaching must be clear and based on the bible. We will be held accountable for our lives and of course it matters how we live.

"You acts shows what you believe in."

Cold hearted pharisaism and religious pride is the wrong way
We shall not behave like the scribes and the pharisees who despised the weak and poor people. The scribes and the pharisees despised people who were on the bottom of society. And they considered themselves holy and perfect. They admired themselves and looked down on others. They were proud. They showed no mercy. They had no true love for their neighbour. They also rejected Jesus Christ and salvation through him. They rejected the sacrifice of Jesus Christ as payment for their sins. They thought their own righteousness was good enough. This is evil and not from God. These people did not know God at all. So when we strive for sanctification and holiness we must avoid getting into their trench.

A sanctified and holy life without religious pride
One must try to find a balance so that you can do good deeds, strive for goodness, righteousness and holiness, without for the sake of being boastful, pride and haughty. After all, the teaching of Jesus Christ is to strive for goodness, holiness and sanctification, and to avoid sin. And the big problem today is that the world and the church are living in sin. We live in a world that in general have turned away from God. This is a serious problem. Jesus will return to get his congregation. The rapture of God's true congregation can take place very soon. We must warn each other and awaken sleeping brothers and sisters so that they may repent from sin and un faithfullness. So that as many people as possible can be saved.
When God's patience is over, the wrath of God will come. Seven bowls of the wrath of God will be poured over the Earth. And eternal judgement in hell awaits for those who are not saved through Jesus Christ. A lake of fire awaits for the lost souls. Are you a Christian? How can you be silent about Jesus Christ? This is not the time to sleep. Wake up! Time is very short. Time is precious. Seek God's face. Turn off your TV and your smartphone.

Bible verses about encouragement to live a sanctified life but also warnings

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 7:21

"haughty eyes, a lying tongue.."

There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him:
haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil,
a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
Proverbs 6:16-19

There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and feasted sumptuously every day:
And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
And the beggar died and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in torments, and saw Abraham far away, and Lazarus in his bosom.
And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
But Abraham said, Son, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and you are tormented.
And beside all this, between us and you there is a great ravine: so that they which would pass from here to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from there.
Then he said, I ask you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father's house:
For I have five brothers; that he may testify to them, so that they don't also come into this place of torment.
Abraham saith to him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
And he said, No, father Abraham: but if one went to them from the dead, they will repent.
And he said to him, If they don't listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, even if one rose from the dead.
Luke 16:19-31

But the widow who lives only for pleasure is spiritually dead even while she lives.
1 Timothy 5:6

Bring forth therefore the fruits of repentance:
And don't think within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say to you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which don't bring forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
I indeed baptize you with water to repentance. but he that comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
Matthew 3:8-12

Don't forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
Hebrews 13:2

And a young man came and said to him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
And he said to him, Why do you call me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.
He said to him, Which? Jesus said, You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness,
Honour your father and your mother: and, You shall love your neighbour as yourself.
The young man said to him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
Jesus said to him, If you want to be perfect, go and sell that you have, and give to the poor, and You shall have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
Then said Jesus to his disciples, Truly I say to you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:16-23

Come now, you rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Yeou have heaped treasures together for the last days.
Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, cries: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of hosts.
You have lived on earth in luxury and in self-indulgence; you have fattened your hearts in the days of your slaughter.
James 5:1-5

By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.
1 John 3:16-18

Carry each other's burdens and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Galatians 6:2

We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
Romans 15:1

And he spoke a parable to them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man produced plentifully.
And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to store my fruits?
And he said, I will do like this: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there I will store all my fruits and my goods.
And I will say to my soul, Soul, you have much goods laid up for many years; be at ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
But God said to him, You fool, this night your soul shall be required of you: then whose shall those things be, which you have provided?
So it will happen to him who gathers up treasures for himself, and is not rich in the eyes of God.
Luke 12:16-21

"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools"

Because what can be known about God is plain to them, for God has showed it to them.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God, they did not glorify him as God, neither were they thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
For this cause God gave them up to vile affections: for even their women changed the natural relations into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men committing shameless acts with men, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
Romans 1:19-32

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.
Leviticus 18:22

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11

"And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ"

But he who hears my words but do not do them is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.
Luke 6:49"

Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother."
Mark 3:35

Love and truth - the mission for today's churches
The church should welcome the sinner and be loving and caring, but at the same time preach the truth about sin.
Homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender people should be treated with love and respect and be welcomed in the church. I'm glad that I can be loved by Jesus Christ and be welcomed in the church. Are you homosexual or lesbian? Are you a person born with an unclear gender identity? God loves you very much. Jesus Christ loves you more than his own life. He died for you. He died for us all. What would I do without God's mercy? I would perish. But the church must preach God's word and stand up for truth even when it's difficult. God's word, the Bible says that that homosexuality is against God's will, it's a sin. Homosexuality is something that we should not encourage, support, do or act out. The church should not arrange or bless Gay marriage, same sex marriage.
But we shall love those people! God loves those persons! God can make a difference between homosexuality itself and a person. God loves the sinner but he hates our sins. But it does matter how we live, and not all gays live the same way. My advice to you who are gay: Leave the gay culture and all the night clubs, bars, porn, one night stands, alcohol and party drugs. Turn your life away from sin. Try to seek other pleasures than sex. Even though the Bible says that homosexuality is against God's will you should know that you are highly loved by God and are created in His image.
The world has lost its original harmony that God created in the beginning of time. The world is now incomplete and damaged in so many different ways. But God will restore His order. Wait for Him. Seek God's face. Think of Jesus' love, it applies to you who are gay, bisexual, transgender as well. But also remember that God is Holy and Almighty. Strive to live your life according to His will.
I still have homosexual thoughts and feelings but they come more and more seldom. I'm not acting out on them. I'm not supporting them. But yes, I am homosexual. But also I would like to say that I'm not really a homosexual person. Daily I ask Jesus Christ for spiritual protection against these feelings and I have left the homosexual lifestyle. I almost never think about sex nowadays. Thank God there are other things in life to live for. I feel God's presence in my life and that feels great!
This is a very difficult subject and a great anguish for many people just as it has been for me. It's not easy at all. It has been very hard, I have been depressed and lonely so much. I think that the Christian church should welcome the homosexual people with open arms but still preach the truth about sin.
With Jesus Christ anything is possible. Jesus Christ can change your life, if you allow it, if you make him your lord. We are still living under the grace of God. But time is short. Time is precious. Turn back to God while there is still time! Turn to Jesus Christ the Messiah and save your soul!
(Update 2020-02-13 I now very very seldom have homosexual thoughts and feelings. God has changed my life completely. There are other things to live for that sex.)

Transgender people, intersex people
I believe that the church should uphold traditional values in terms of sex, relationships and marriage. But we should not turn a blind eye to the reality around us. I think that God wants ut to be either men or women, not something in between. Sadly, the world is not anymore the way God created it. Our society is affected by so many things nowadyas: man made chemicals, GMO food, plastics, environmental damage etc and this has many serious consequences.
Some people who are born are neither male nor female, they are both. Being such a person must be extremely frustrating and painful.
"Intersex people are individuals born with any of several variations in sex characteristics."
person born with both genders

"between 0.1% and 1.7% of live births are intersex."

Many people in the church need to understand this. Growing up in this way must be a terrible frustration. These people need support, love, respect, not hate or contempt. It is good that gay organizations exist where these people can come and feel welcome and connect with others in the same situation. But unfortunately, in the gay culture, this transsexual state has been raised to a norm. The transsexual or being transvestite is highly valued in the gay culture and is considered to be something to strive for. This general love, fascination and admiration for transsexual expressions goes completely against the teachings of the Bible and is against God's morality. It is wrong and we should not - in general, encourage children and adolescents to transvtism or transsexuality.

Here are more Bible words about sin.

I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery."
Matthew 19:9

But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
And they knew nothing until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Matthew 24:37-39

The rapture of the church might come very soon
I'm not setting any dates. I just think this might be very imminent. Be ready to meet Jesus! Be ready to follow Jesus christ up into heaven. Lift up your head. Keep your eyes on Jesus Christ!

Update January 10 2020
Regarding the text I have written above I would like to make a supplement like this 3-4 years later. When it comes to the question of being saved by believing only or whether it also requires deeds, ie good deeds, a sanctified purified life, etc., the Bible say completely opposite things about the answer to this question in different places in the Bible and this makes the question complicated and difficult. This whole page is filled with Bible words that preach that God wants us to do good deeds and obey Him, live in purity, etc.

James: "Faith without works is dead"
What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good[a] is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder! Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless?
James 2:14-20

We are saved because of the righteousness of Jesus and God's love and mercy
It feels like I should preach here that we do not need our own deeds to be saved. The only way to be saved is to receive it as a free gift from God through faith in Jesus Christ. How can this happen when we are so unclean in our sin before God? Because God loves us, and his son Jesus Christ gave his life for us.
believe in Jesus, seek Him, confess Him as your Lord. He welcomes you with the warmth of God.

Romans - "the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law" - "justified by his grace as a gift"
But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it — the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
Romans 3:21-26

Israel's Unbelief
What shall we say, then? That Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness have attained it, that is, a righteousness that is by faith; but that Israel who pursued a law that would lead to righteousness did not succeed in reaching that law. Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as if it were based on works. They have stumbled over the stumbling stone, as it is written,
“Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense; and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.”
Romans 9:30-33

I think the important question for God is: Where is your heart?
God's heart is for you, He loves you. Through Jesus Christ everything is prepared. Come back to God! You are welcome friend! You are so loved!
