This is a page to inspire you to find a place for prayer and to motivate you in prayer/ worship and to make your faith in Jesus Christ grow. I have taken all the photos on this page. The first six photos are from my favourite prayer place with a wonderful view on Frösön. Some photos are from my home. The photo from my window is the place where I pray most often. Seek God's face. Go out in the nature. Turn off your TV and cellphone. Turn off your Ipad, Facebook, video game and Hollywood movies. There is so much sinful content that drags you away from Jesus. Read the Bible daily.
Praise our Lord Jesus Christ for his love and sacrifice for us. Praise God for the beauty in the world. There is so much harmony to discover in the nature. Be creative. Find your own favourite prayer place.

Our salvation is due to God's love and mercy. Salvation is possible because God loves us and that he wants us. Here are mostly positive and encouraging scriptures but also some severe words of exhortation at the end about that Jesus wants us to put him absolutely first in our lives. We must have no idols. Jesus wants us to love Him more than our own life, that's how precious He is. Jesus loved our lives more than his own life.

For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
Romans 1:20

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Romans 15:13

but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:8

because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
Romans 10:9-10

The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.
Romans 13:12

He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.

I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd. For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
John 10:14-18

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.
John 10:27-29

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live,
John 11:25

For I know well what thoughts I have for you, declares the Lord, thoughts of peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.
Jeremiah 29:11-13

And Jesus cried out and said, “Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in him who sent me. And whoever sees me sees him who sent me. I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness.
John 12:44-46

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
John 13:34-35

If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.
“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,
John 14:14-16

Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”
John 14:21

Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.
John 14:23

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
John 15:4-5

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.” Then Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this purpose I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world—to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.”
John 18:36-37

Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If anyone serves me, he must follow me; and where I am, there will my servant be also. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.
John 12:25-26
